How Does a Nutrition Session Work?
Once you have booked your appointment with me, I send you a health history form to fill in; when completed you email it back to me.
In this health history form I ask you detailed questions that go all the way back to your mother’s pregnancy. I look at your health history chronologically from birth to present.
I also look into any emotional problems, energy levels, concentration, memory, headaches, sinus issues, hay fever, how many colds and flus you develop each year. I then dive into your diet to begin addressing food allergies, intolerances etc.
The health history form is very detailed. From this information your provide me with I can then connect the dots and see where your health issue has appeared from.
My aim is to teach you and empower you to heal yourself via gut healing, nutrition, liver cleansing, mindfulness, lymphatic drainage and incorporating new foods and supplements into your diet to begin the healing journey. All you have to do is be ready for it.

Each session lasts one hour via either Skype, What’s App video or any other video app that is suitable for you.
