It is within the gut that 70-80% of your immune system is and by healing the gut, you begin to heal the whole body. By taking only prescription pills, you will never heal. They only create more stagnation and toxicity in the body, because they drive the disease further into the cells and then create more disease.
Rather than masking a problem with a pharmaceutical drug, you must learn that there is a root cause to almost every sickness / disease / skin problem / hormonal imbalance / etc. and the root cause is the gut microbiome. How healthy is your gut?
Your gut is simply a garden. It is your own internal eco-system that you need to take care of daily. Do you throw garbage into it daily, or do you nourish it and allow it to flourish daily? You have either a gut of weeds, or a gut of flowers and beauty. You daily food and drink choices determine what your gut looks like internally. It also determines how you look and feel on the outside too.
Your gut microbiome is unique, not one of us have the same bacteria, just like a fingerprint, we are all different. It all comes down to what your mother ate / drank / medicated with etc. before you were conceived, and also how good was her microbiome while you were in her womb?
You are a reflection of your mother’s gut bacteria. Our health starts from conception. It also begins with birth. Were you a C-section baby or natural? Were you breast-fed or bottle fed? Were you given antibiotics before the age of 3? A child’s immune system is not fully developed until the age of 3, and what happens before this age is absolutely detrimental to what will happen to your health, as you begin to get older. Poor health and skin does not manifest in one day, it can take years. Your health condition can start from birth onwards.
If you have been given antibiotics, as well as had an excess amount of vaccinations before the age of 3; your immune system can become compromised; as a result health and skin conditions may begin to appear such as eczema, acne, psoriasis, IBS, IBD, autoimmune diseases, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, depression, cancers, cold’s and flu’s, low immunity to viruses etc. Your health, your gut bacteria, your immune system begins at birth. It is all to do with a healthy balance between good bacteria versus bad bacteria. There are 10 times more bacterial cells in your body than human cells and that’s what we need to reconnect with; feed your body with good bacteria and keep your internal soil healthy.
