When it comes to the important topic of self-nourishment, your microbiome is truly an ideal place to begin your journey. Importantly, your microbiome is unique to you and is constantly changing on a daily basis. The choices you make each day can significantly alter your microbiome, as factors such as stress, medications, exercise, diet, and sleep all play crucial roles in determining the balance of bacteria and microbes that reside there. It is essential to understand that there is no quick fix or instant solution. To genuinely support your microbiome, you need to make lasting changes to your diet, which involves removing processed foods, alcohol, sugars, dairy, and other harmful substances, while also prioritizing the consumption of whole foods that will nourish the microbiome instead of causing chaos within it.
The Microbial Ecosystem in the GUT must be healthy for you to be healthy.
